Frequently asked questions

How long does the process take?

Once the NDA has been signed, this process should take no longer than two weeks… usually less. It will be expedited if you have thought through and established your purpose and board members.

 

Why am I required to sign an NDA?

NDA means Non-Disclosure Agreement.  It provides a safety net for people to work with us and vice versa.  It insures for the honest seeker a means for our proprietary materials to remain proprietary.

 

What is a 508(c)(1)(a)?

The 508(c)(1)(a) is a religious, faith-based, tax-exempt organization.  It is separate and distinct from a 501(c)(3) charity and unincorporated faith-based organizations. The 508(c)(1)(a) is applicable in all 50 states and recognized internationally under Hague Convention of the United Nations Charter.

Can I split my donation into payments over time?

Yes, Donation Saver plans are custom-crafted on an individual basis. However, your services begin upon receipt of the full donation amount. All donations are non-refundable.
